Kyoko Hirakata
Kyoko Hirakata (ひらかたきょうこ, October 16, 1970 -) is a Japanese free-lance announcer. An announcer at former Fukushima Broadcasting. NiigataShibata-shiA native place. The position office is an Orion belt.
