Keiki Igarashi
Keiki Igarashi (I make Takayo Igarashi January 28, 1944 -) is a Japanese lawyer, a scholar of city policy, a scholar of legislation. Hosei University law department politics subject honorary professor (city policy). Kan Cabinet Special Advisor to the Cabinet [1].

Person
I am from Yamagata and am a graduate from the Waseda University law department. I passed the bar examination at 21 years old during university attendance at school and, after judiciary training (the 20th), became a lawyer. I am engaged in the defense activity of the victim with the unfair building and city planning and criticize a conventional public works project and support an establishment of "regulations (Manazuru-machi, Kanagawa) of the beauty" and appeal for beautiful city wound りを. I renamed a group to "the meeting which instigated the heart of the Metropolitan citizens" after the candidacy of Asano and supported election activity of Asano. As a result of election, Asano was defeat.
I act as scenery society's vice-chairperson and perform the support activity of the world heritage registration campaign by the citizen now in each place.
In brainy people [2] of Naoto Kan with the acquaintance of 20 years [1]. I demanded it saying "the Upper House election was defeated, but left the prime minister for Kan for three years" when Igarashi was a restaurant in Tokyo and ate around Kan of the prime minister (2010) on July 16 in 2010, and Kan met it saying "I do it" [3].
