Hideo Higuchi (scholar of English literature)

Hideo Higuchi (ひぐちひでお, 1932 -) is a Japanese scholar of English literature. Professor emeritus at Doshisha University [¹].

Brief career history

Matsumoto-shi, Nagano birth [²]. Via Matsumoto, Nagano prefecture ヶ hill Senior High School [²], I am a graduate from the Doshisha University department of literature Department of English literature for 1,954 years. In 1961, I complete Doshisha University graduate school Britain and the United States literature graduate course [¹].

I serve Ritsumeikan University in 1963. After that from 1967, for 29 years, I successively hold assistant professor at Doshisha University law department, professor at Doshisha University department of literature, Manager Doshisha University language culture education center first generation, アーモスト University representative from Japan [³]. Professor emeritus at Doshisha University. I acted as an Imperial virtue university professor after retirement [²].
