Head counter killing case

A head counter killing case (I release it) is the case that the housewife who worked as a government official of the part-time service was killed in a visit in the 15th national census of the enforcement (1990) for 1,990 years.

I seemed to be death by accident by the slipping down without an injury at first, but was proved to be strangulation as a result of judicial autopsy. It was the next day, and the man (25 years old) of the criminal appeared, and he was arrested. Because a victim visited it in the place where a man was according to the testimony alone in a house on October 7, I killed it impulsively, and was the thing which late-night, abandoned a corpse.

Influence of the case

For the man who became the defendant, the Hiroshima District Court sentenced you to penal servitude 18 years on April 26, 1991. It was pointed out that I might prevent a case if competent authorities considered it enough saying that expected attention and countermeasure about a trouble and the difficulty were not done in a decision though there were many woman investigators in the area where a case happened. ^[2]

Therefore, in the later national census, measures such as the supply such as instruction, the burglar alarm of the safety measures using structure and the manual conducting research activities by several are taken for the ensuring safety of the investigator. Similar case does not occur until the 19th national census of the enforcement from the 16th national census of the enforcement (2010) (1995) afterwards in 2010 in 1995.
