ラガリ Hasan Che Lewi (Lagari HasanÇelebi?-1640 age) is an aviator of Ottoman Empire. It is insisted that it is the first human being who succeeded in a manned rocket flight. In fact, it becomes the first example which a plane with mechanical power flew. ^[1]

According to the description of tourist エヴリヤ Che Lewi (EvliyaÇelebi), ラガリ Hasan Che Lewi was hit with a rocket having seven pieces of wings in the sky in サライブルヌ in the 17th century. The rocket was comprised of a big basket with the conic head, and the cone was met with gunpowder of 50 Ocker. The flight was realized at the night when the daughter Japanese nutmeg sultan of the ムラト fourth was born in 1633. After gunpowder was used up, I used the wing attached to one's body like a parachute, and ラガリ landed on the water of the sea (the Bosporus) in front of the シィナンパシャ castle. He had the lye tea (silver) of the medal of honor, and スィパーピー job was given in 70 lye tea. In about 1640 when I served セラメト ギライ Kan (Selamet Giray Khan) and was in the Crimea, he died afterwards. ^[1]
