Daniel Peter
It is a Swiss famous chocolate craftsman, and Daniel Peter (Daniel Peter 1836 –1919 age) is known by having made board-formed milk chocolate for the first time in 1875 [2].
The cause made a candle in ヴェヴェイ, but came to be engaged in the making of chocolate because the demand was depressed rapidly as soon as a lamp appeared [3].
A mellower flavor was demanded in those days because the kind of the bean used for chocolate was the thing which bitterness resisted [3]. In addition, there was the advantage to be able to add to a shade by adding it to chocolate because the milk was cheaper than coffee beans [3].
It was Peter who was pushed forward by Henri Nestle of the friend, and worked on the making of milk chocolate, but there was a difficult problem to have to remove water from the milk so that therefore mold did not grow [2]. I continued studying it without cooperating with Nestle, and asking the night and day, and Nestle which ran a food manufacturer for babies at last was able to sell a product in the market. For 1,876 years [3]. Nestle S.A. will continue growing up afterwards up to today [1].
