阿衡事件
阿衡事件 (I will open) is a political dispute caused among the Emperor Uda with Mototsune Fujiwara in earlier period of Heian era. I am called the complicated argument of 阿衡.

Process
The Emperor Uda who succeeded to the throne to the Crown Prince followed by the Emperor from the status of a subject by recommendation of Mototsune Fujiwara (Ninna three years) on November 21 for 887 years started an Imperial edict to pass through the basis, and to appoint to を kampaku on the occasion of the enthronement. Passing declines the basis by a precedent once [1]. The Emperor gave left fluency of speech Hiromi Tachibanano an order and gave the second Imperial edict. One sentence, "I assumed it the job of 卿 with the job of 阿衡" was in the Imperial edict. 阿衡 was bureaucrats where 賢臣伊尹 of Chinese Yin charges was appointed, and Hiromi Tachibanano quoted this historical fact. It becomes the great problem by having told this so that Chinese history and poetry teacher Sayo Fujiwara passes through "(the position is high, but does not have duties) that there is no rank in business nobly in 阿衡" and the basis.
