"A no fault" is a Japanese medical mystery novel by Takashi Okai.
The virgin novel which the author who was an active doctor served as a purpose to sound an alarm bell for Japanese obstetrics and gynecology department medical care and wrote. It was become a TV drama in the Norika Fujiwara leads as "women of the ギネ obstetrics and gynecology department" in 2009. "The designer baby" who described ten years later of this product in 2011 was published.

柊奈智 always performs "grade A Kaiser" (the cesarean operation that is very high in emergency) of the pregnant woman called Miwako Tokumoto with a certain night duty a woman doctor gentle at heart snuggling up to the feeling of the patient.
