Development
As a succeeding plane of TS-8 ビェス of the Polish air force, OKL (plane production center) began development in 1957. I made the first flight on February 5, 1960, and WSK (transportation equipment production center) continued development, and delivery was started in production, March, 1963 in PZL by the Polish air force.
Design
With a middle wing type, there is air scoop on the main wing root, and the main wing is equipped with the engine in the body of the cockpit rear. There is a vent in the body undersurface, and there is the tail assembly in the rear of the letter of boom. The model machine and initial production type carried domestic axial flow-type turbojet engine HO-10 (800 kg of thrusts), but was changed afterwards in SO-3 (1,000 kg of thrusts). Because I can put a bomb, a machine gun pod, a rocket bomb pod on the 23mm cannon 1 gate, the hard points under the main wing on the nose right side, I can use it as a light air raider. In addition, an attack type and the reconnaissance type that removed a backseat, and set up a fuel tank of 200ℓ were produced.
Operational
PZL I-22 was developed 1982 as a succeeding opportunity, but TS-11 is the main force of the jet training plane of the Polish air force now because it was canceled in the 1990s. In addition, it is adopted in "ROM BIC" (will of "the lozenge") which is acrobatics squadron in 1969 and is used in the present when the team changed "ビアノチェルバーノ chair chestnut" (the will of "red and the white flash of light".abroad with "team イスクラ") and the name. By the airshow, I perform the costarring with acrobatics squadron "team オルリク" by PZL-130.
I became a candidate of the Warsaw Treaty Organization member nation combination training plane of 1962, but lost in アエロ L-29 デルフィーン made in Czechoslovakia. Still, in 1975, I accepted an order of 50 planes from India. In TS-11 of the Indian air force, seven were lost in an accident before I retired on December 16, 2004, and four people died at their post [1].
