The jet training plane that Poland developed TS-11. The nickname イスクラ (Iskra: in Polish the will of "the flash of light"). It is the first jet which Poland developed.

Development

As a succeeding plane of TS-8 ビェス of the Polish air force, OKL (plane production center) began development in 1957. I made the first flight on February 5, 1960, and WSK (transportation equipment production center) continued development, and delivery was started in production, March, 1963 in PZL by the Polish air force.

Design

With a middle wing type, there is air scoop on the main wing root, and the main wing is equipped with the engine in the body of the cockpit rear. There is a vent in the body undersurface, and there is the tail assembly in the rear of the letter of boom. The model machine and initial production type carried domestic axial flow-type turbojet engine HO-10 (800 kg of thrusts), but was changed afterwards in SO-3 (1,000 kg of thrusts). Because I can put a bomb, a machine gun pod, a rocket bomb pod on the 23mm cannon 1 gate, the hard points under the main wing on the nose right side, I can use it as a light air raider. Operational

PZL I-22 was developed 1982 as a succeeding opportunity, but TS-11 is the main force of the jet training plane of the Polish air force now because it was canceled in the 1990s. A modernization repair machine. I deploy it for ビアノチェルバーノ chair chestnut from 1988.
TS-11 "イスクラ jet" / TS-11 "spark"
A name when I sold TS-11 which I retired from as a private acrobatics machine for United States, Australia.
TS-11F
A modernization repair machine more equipped with head up display. It supports the F-16C/D Block 52 advanced that a Polish air force pushes forward deployment [2].
