A point of Nagareyama-shi, Chiba where Katsushika prefecture Inba prefectural government office trace (the butterfly trace which only and traction changes itself into) was the cause, Kamura encampment trace of the feudal clan Hondas out of Suruga Kunida, and the prefectural office of Katsushika prefecture (from 1869 through 1871) that was a forerunner of Chiba and the Inba prefecture (from 1872 through 1873) was located in the Meiji era. It is next to a Nagareyama City museum and the Nagareyama City central library, and a monument is erected.
