Elected Takahashi got support of approximately 90% of the substrate of the LDP, the New Komeito which received recommendation, and it hardened a support base steadily, and it became the cause of victory I kept the incumbent popularity alive from unaffiliated voters, and to have got support of 60% [5]. On the other hand, the support from unaffiliated voters remained in more than 30% after not having been able to harden the Democratic Party and the Social Democratic Party, a substrate of New Party Daichi that Arai defeated by received recommendation enough. Miyauchi could not penetrate other than Communist Party substrate, and it followed that I was buried among both candidates of Takahashi and Arai. When I saw it by cities, towns and villages distinction, Takahashi took the first place in 178 cities, towns and villages out of all of the road 180 cities, towns and villages, and, as for Arai, it was the first place only in 2 municipalities of Ashorocho and Otoineppumura [6].
