Light cord new government

The political reform that Qing dynasty propelled by leadership of Empress Cixi with the light cord new government (こうしょしんせい) (light cord 27 years) later in 1901 of 清末. I call myself 清末新政.

Specifically, it is "commercial encouragement", and, "a shift to constitutional monarchy," "the construction of the janizary" almost agrees with an item pointed to on strange law of the fifth Dog "education reform to include the abolition of the employment examination for government officials". Half colonization for the Qing dynasty remarkably advances as a result of revolt of the Boxer, and the backgrounds where はずの Empress Cixi who denied strange law of the fifth Dog earlier (political change of the fifth Dog) promoted similar reform by oneself include strong sense of impending crisis for system maintenance.
