Form

The shade opens from diameter 4-9cm, steamed bun form approximately evenly and slightly does a powder form in 暗灰褐色 for the childhood, but it is 淡灰色 or darkish cream at the time of the maturity slightly. The meat is slightly thick, and they are fragile, but I do not change color even if they can be hurt in the fleshy substance that closed, and both the taste and the smell are mild. The fold is dense and grows orthotropy to the top in a pattern and it is almost white, but may be tinged with cream to some extent if it becomes old. The pattern almost grows 5-8cm in length, around 7-10mm in diameter a little towards top and bottom Doshisha University or a base and is a fruit in most white. White, the spore are kind spheres, and colorlessness is smooth, and the spore crest includes size 5.5 - 7.5*5-7μm, one big grease spot that it is often it.

Habits

Several of them to many attach it in the base of the pattern and do a stock form and usually occur in the roadside and park places. Frequently, with the example which occurred in the garden of a farm and the house or occurred under the floor of the shed of the farmhouse [1]. Unlike a phone champignon to closely resemble morphologically, I grow it for saprophytism without forming an exogeneous mycorrhiza. The class of sedimentation of the dead leaves which did a piece, rot of the wood buried among the ends is often found when I dig down the base of the pattern that extended to the underground for a long time carefully [2].

Distribution

I am distributed over the temperate zone of the Northern Hemisphere widely. In Japan, I am almost found in the whole area.

Edible

There are some powder smells, but it is crisp and encounters various cooking. To a particularly Japanese-style dish for the prize is done.

Cultivation

Bacteria floor cultivation is carried out. Burk compost is often used for nutrient medium base material, but can use the wood flour, too (when I use the sawdust such as cedars, I leave you unattended for a certain period of time while sometimes watering it and use it after letting you evaporate an antibacterial agent). The nutrient medium additive is a sliding paper-door and corn, or, other than doing it, the U.S. rice bran or the brewer's grains is used. Time suffers from the spread of the spawn to a nutrient medium after the inoculation in comparison with other edible mushrooms which the artificial cultivation method establishes, and the management in the period before a spawn growing it becomes important enough from the inoculation direct back [3]. "Bottle cultivation" and "box cultivation" or "the bag cultivation" is possible, but methods to harvest equal fruit bodies that it occurred naturally are spreading by burying this in the clean under the ground after having spread enough a spawn to a block-formed nutrient medium using a box or a bag because I do materials piece or other organic matter buried among the underground under the natural environments with a nourishment source.

Cultivation properties (bottle cultivation)

Upbringing and the outbreak environment vary according to the kind of the strain slightly.

  • The mycelial growth temperature is in the range of 12-30 degrees Celsius, but the optimal temperature is 23-25 degrees Celsius. As for the formation start temperature of the fruit body, 16-20 degrees Celsius becomes the aim. Most suitable pH of the spawn growth is 6.0-6.5 [4]
  • 65-68% are suitable and manage 含水率 of the nutrient medium in the period of the spawn growth so that the temperature of the nutrient medium does not exceed 25 degrees Celsius.
  • The carbon dioxide concentration in the cultivation container becomes less than 2,500ppm and, for the favorable growth of the fruit body, should keep the atmospheric humidity (RH) concerned 65-70%.
