Elbasan (Elbasan) is a city of the State of Elbasan Elbasan prefecture, Albania.

Summary
It is located in the State of Elbasan Elbasan prefecture and is a state capital of the State of Elbasan, the prefecture capital of the Elbasan prefecture. The population as of 2011 is 124,863 people.
Geography
It is located along シュクンビン river, and agriculture is prosperous. A cigarette, an olive, corn are produced. Most of inhabitants believe in Islam. Cities of the neighborhoods include capital, Tirana of the approximately 30 kilos northwest, リブラシト of the 20 kilos northeast.
History
There was a village for the Roman Empire period, but went to ruin by the invasions such as an Ostrogoth, a bulldog girl person, the Slav person. A city was built in the 15th century by Mohammed II of Ottoman Empire and I was based militarily and played an important role afterwards. When nationalism became exalted in Balkan Peninsula from the 19th century, and an independent mood from Ottoman Empire increased, Elbasan became the base of the independence movement, too.
