"Bloodivores" (among ブラッディヴォーレス :时 sky apostle) is a Chinese web comic by 白驍.

Outline
A new medicine is developed as a cure of "the insomnia" that spreads worldwide, and has ever become the hotbeds of the brutal crime including the murder, and sucking blood races called "嗜血種" (しけつしゅ) are created by the side effect of the new medicine while the fashion fits. The human wins against the war that happened between 嗜血種 before long and succeeds in placing it under management of "国安部特管局" which I founded.
Ryu was the human and a child born between 嗜血種, but it is detained an arrest as principal offender of the bank surprise attack case and is sent to the special prison in "a blue village" (blast). It was Ryu who succeeded in a jailbreak by a guide of father who is a leader of 国安部特管局, but a mystery monster attacks it there.
