Summary

Ashikaga Bank fails (2003) on November 29 in 2003 and becomes the special crisis control bank. I let the company establishes a group (あしぎん FG) stocks move であしぎん with the subsidiary financial by oneself in March, 2003 and list on the Stock Exchange, but I cut off capital ties by having acquired company stocks 100% of Deposit Insurance Corporation があしぎん FG stocks that are a finance rearranging administrator forcibly on December 1, the same year and will push forward the management rebuilding including disposal of bad loans by the cause of the new management team.

I announce that Financial Services Agency is going to sell Ashikaga Bank stocks to a sponsor (2006) in November in 2006. After a bid common name "consortium of the association of Nomura (institutional investors consisting of the corporate rehabilitation fund which 100% subsidiary of Nomura Holdings, Inc. and NeXT capital partners ^{[explanatory note 1]} and Jafco led, a local bank, trust banks) was chosen by a sponsor, and was established as the finance holding company which became the saucer of Ashikaga Bank in April, 2008 by those investments.

Business integration with Joyo Bank
