Tetsuko Suzuki

Tetsuko Suzuki (すずきてつこ, from August 31, 1906 to January 15, 2000) is a translator, an educator.

Person

I am born as the second daughter of Meiji Restoration historiographer Magoya Katsuta. St. Lawrence graduation from university in America. After returning home, it is Seika girls' high school teacher. I translated British and American juvenile literature. Translation of "こぶたとくも" of 1953 is winning Sankei child publication culture prize.
