Marie Antoinette (musical)
"Marie Antoinette" (Marie Antoinette) is the musical work which assumed novel "queen Marie Antoinette" of Shusaku Endo the original.
Toho asked Sylvester Levi of Michael Kunze and the composer of the scriptwriter for musical production of "queen Marie Antoinette" and was given the first public performance of the world in empire Theater on production, November 1, 2006.
It was performed publicly by direction of Tamiya Kuriyama same as an edition in Japan in the Germany Bremen Opera a long run from January 30, 2009 to May 31.
It was staged in Korean シャルロッテシアター from November 1, 2014 to February 1, 2015.
It was staged in Budapest, Hungary from March, 2016.

Characteristic of the work
The first curtain makes much of the passage of history, but on the other hand the second curtain establishes an individual internal (psychology side) important point basically. We had a big change of lines and the direction in 2006 of the world premiere than Hakata seat performance of January, 2007 based on the reflection of the emperor drama performance.
