Toshio Tsujimoto (つじもととしお, from 1921 to December 17, 2004) is a Japanese songwriter, a senryu writer.

Career
I am born in (1921), Himi, Toyama county Himi-cho (current Himi-shi) Sakaemachi in 1921 [1]. I won a prize in a composition contest since the age of a primary school and showed literary talent and began words at the age of 16 years old.
I return home after enlistment, Siberia detention at 23 years old. I work after returning home in the Fukuki Tomiyama Port construction office [1]. I study under Kikutaro Takahashi at 30 years old and distinguish myself, and an application product wins a prize in the general "song of citizens of Toyama" invited public participation for in commemoration of the thirteenth Toyama national polity holding in (1958) in 1958. After this, the words requests of a song of cities, towns and villages and the school song of the prefecture came to rush [1]. An idea appeared and, during commuting time to make a round trip to Himi Station and Fushiki Station by Himi Line on the occasion of words, was a style to say to a notebook that I wrote it down [1].
After having retired from Fukuki Tomiyama Port construction office, I come to write senryu and win association of all-Japan senryu's chairperson Prize [1]. I fall down at home (2004) in December in 2004 and am hospitalized and die of circulatory organ imperfection on December 17 two weeks later. Age at death 84 (83 years old death) [1].
