Top Luke デ Neuer (Comarca de Noia) is located in the southwestern part of the prefecture in top Luke of the State of Galicia a コルーニャ prefecture.
I am constructed by ロウサーメ, Neuer, オウテス, 4 local governments of the Porto de loss.
It is in the left bank from the penetralia of rear デ Mu loss エ Neuer, and, as for adjacent top Luke, it is top Luke デ Mu loss top Luke de バルバンサ, the west top Luke デ Santiago and top Luke de Sarh, the south top Luke de Shah Japanese Agricultural Standards and top Luke ダ Baru Carla, the east the north, and the southwestern part faces rear デ Mu loss エ Neuer.
The area is 325.1km²; the population of 2010 35,832 people (2009: 13,427, 2007: 13,709). The district where top Luke plays a key role is Neuer district in the Neuer parish of local government Neuer. The notation by the Castilia word is Comarca de Noya.
