Susami interchange (Susami interchange) is an interchange of the period group Expressway in Susami-cho, Nishimuro-gun, Wakayama.
What was set up (2012) as a regional activation interchange on April 20 in 2012 was decided [2]. The August 30, 2015 opening to traffic [3] [4].

In the Hiki River IC - Susami IC interval, the interchange established in Susami-cho was the longest at approximately 15km and the distance between interchanges of Kinki Expressway Kisei Line under construction only in town Esumi away from the center of the town until the setting of our IC was decided [1]. Therefore the town requested that installed an interchange in the center, and Wakayama made a plan based on this, and setting was decided on place, April 20, the same year when applied to Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport for addition setting (2012) on April 4 in 2012 [1]; [2].
