Sumita Masakiyo (corner lump Sakiyo, April 11, 1957 -) is an actor resident in Nishimiyaichi, Hyogo. The secretary general of the Hanshin person with a disability liberation movement center serves, too. Oneself suffers from cerebral palsy and severe limbs inconvenience, too.
