Zambian political party system

The Zambian political party system was the alliance predominance political party system where a multi-party democracy campaign maintains the government at in since 1991, but the government moves to the patriotism front from 2011.

Zambia independent of the U.K. adopted political pluralism at first in 1964, but, in December, 1972, it is one-party system of ruling party unification race Independent Party by President Kenneth Kaunda. In November, 1990, political pluralism was adopted by National Assembly. Frederick Chiluba of the multi-party democracy campaign was elected in a presidential election of October, 1991. Levy ムワナワサ which became a successor of チルバ remained in vote rate 29.1% in a presidential election, and it was approached to 27.2% with the second place by Anderson マゾカ of the candidate national United Development Party (UPND). MMD kept the seat of the top party, but even a House race reduced a seat to 69 seats out of 150 seats and around last half. I received election results, and the ムワナワサ President revised state power rule.

Michael Sata of the patriotism front was elected in the presidential election of September, 2011, but Sata died in October, 2014 of the term in office. The Vice President acted for the duties of the President just after that, but, in a presidential election of January, 2015, Edgar ルング of the party was elected.

In the presidential election of August, 2016, ルング of the patriotism front served as reelection. In addition, in the general election of the same day, the party got 80 seats more than 60 seats of (2011) last time. On the other hand, the acquisition seat of MMD remained to 3 and I largely reduced it from 55 seats before the election and was soundly beaten.
