Grunt of the turnip
"The grunt of the turnip" is a Japanese comics work by Hitoshi Ashinano. It was published serially to January, 2013 issue than August, 2007 issue in (Kodansha) in "monthly afternoon" (bimonthly than an irregular publication, April, 2008 issue at first every month than April, 2010 issue). All book six volumes.

In 100km or more and very large this world where the ground was increased by 10-fold somehow, an airplane is a substitute for foot to go to the neighboring town. A boy grunt driving excellent article "Piper Super Cub" (a following "turnip"), neighboring older sister, Shiro, the miller's thumb of the younger sister of Shiro live vigorously happily in a relaxed mood today.
Character
- Grunt
- The boy whom I borrow turnips of Shiro from well when I save gas charges of the airplane. I work in a food-processing factory (tortoise fisheries food processing). - An autonomy type aviation carrier in imitation of C-130. The official name is unidentified, and a part equivalent to the cockpit before the body calls grunts Hana bizarrerie without a window by being black. It is unmanned, and artificial intelligence digests the navigation and a landing from a takeoff and can communicate with the person by a sound conversation. The guidance of the place away from Hana bizarrerie is possible when I have a person push the terminal such as the road counter by hand. When I sometimes form a big contrail to sky with the grand sight, there is the figure doing a formation flight in a large number of planes of the same type. I am called a crow in Gotemba.
- Porter
- I was used like a bus at the time of outings such as the excursions of the town, but Shiro obtained that it broke down and was got rid by transfer in old days.

- Jogashima
