Donald メンゼル
Donald Howard メンゼル (Donald Howard Menzel, April 11, 1901 – ) is an astronomer of the United States of America on December 14, 1976.
After having learned in Denver University, I obtained a doctorate in Princeton University. I worked at Rick astronomical observatory until 1921. I worked in Harvard University and acted as the chairperson of American Astonomical Society from 1954 through 1956 afterwards.
I studied the beginning sun and studied the gaseous nebula afterwards. I built the basics of study of Laurence aura (w:Lawrence Aller), James Baker (James Baker) and the planetary nebula.
There is A Field Guide to the Stars and Planets in Peterson Field Guides in the book, but is known in book Flying Saucers (1953) for public denying the existence of the UFO, A Scientific Examination of a Major Myth of the Space Age (1963), The Definitive Explanation of the UFO Phenomenon (1977). I testified that I could illustrate by a natural phenomenon about the witness of all UFO in a public hearing of scientific space Committee of the American Lower House in 1968.
