Summary
I am located the south most at a Meitetsu station in Nagoya-shi. In addition, it becomes the border with close (from the east side the south side) Toyoake-shi of the station, and, in the Nakagyo racetrack, the most of the site are located in Toyoake-shi.
It is full of racing men at the time of Nakagyo horse racing holding to be carried out on Saturday and Sunday and the outside release enforcement every week. It is a semi-express stop (only two expresses stop in particular in morning on weekdays), but (from the time when the date is earlier than outside release start), all express trains in the daytime and some high speed limited expresses (almost from 9:00 the 12:00 level) stop at the time of Nakagyo horse racing holding and the outside release enforcement temporarily because it is the nearest station of the Nakagyo racetrack. In addition, all trains (partly special car) which included a high speed limited express, a limited express in one hour after 17 from the level at 16:00 in the evening on the day of the Arima memorial horse race of the holding at the high Matsumiya memory that is GI race to be carried out any place other than four major racetracks, champions cup and the end of the year stop temporarily. Because weekdays do not have the service of the semi-express in the daytime than March, 2011, only local train stops in this time. In addition, an express may stop only in the afternoon on outside sale date of Saturday.
The automatic broadcast of the 2200 system .1700 system in the car supports the temporary stop of our station.
The notation of this station name is a kanji and displays scroll with six characters because there is relatively many it without letting a station name stand still in the 3500 system in the case of guidance before the arrival with the guidance display unit in the car.

Station structure
Elevated two 2 lines station on the bank having a home. The Arimatsu Station one almost becomes the horizon concerning the topography, and there is the railroad crossing outside the posture of the neighborhood of station, too.
A wicket is only one place, but the doorway has the south exit installed in the National highway No. 1 side after the remodeling of the station newly other than the north exit of the racetrack area.
In consideration of horse racing holding and outside release enforcement, an automatic ticket gate is installed in comparison with the daily use a little too much, and the temporary ticket vendor (usually impossible use of closedown manaca with a shutter) is installed, too. In addition, the width of the home is relatively wide for a Meitetsu station, and the descent home is particularly remarkable. There is the waiting room with the air-conditioner in each upper bottom home.
As barrier-free correspondence, an elevator and an escalator are installed in each home, and the thing for the person with a physical disability is installed in the restroom outside the wicket, too (it is necessary to report to a station employee at the time of the use because it is locked basically).
