Origin

Breeding

I was born [1] in California on March 31, 1961 [2]. The nationality is the United States of America [2]; [3]. I learned in オクシデンタル University and graduated in 1983 [2]. I acquired the degree of the bachelor (Bachelor of Arts) on this occasion from オクシデンタル University [3].

Carnation

After graduation from university, I entered a carnation (Carnation Company) which presented the pet allied enterprise including the pet food [2]. However, in 1985, Carnation Co. was purchased by Nestle (NestléS.A.) which was a Swiss food maker [2]. With it, Johnson moved to the Nestle group, too. I dealt with feed business of the company and was engaged in an old carnation and the deep duties of the relation afterwards [3]. In addition, in 1988, I completed Anderson business school in the University of California, Los Angeles [2]. Want to thereby acquire the degree of the Master of Business Administration (Master of Business Administration) [2]; [3].

Nestle group

I moved afterwards in Nestle USA (NestléUSA Inc) which was an American corporation of Nestle. In Nestle USA, I was in charge of the duties such as pet foods sequentially. I belonged to the Frith key to Nestle USA pet care headquarters, and "Frith key" was engaged in the product development of the brand as a category manager ("Friskies") [2].

In addition, I started for my new post in Nestle Japan which was Japanese subsidiary of Nestle and developed a pet food here and dealt with drinks [3]. I belonged to Frith key to Nestle Japan pet care Division and was active as a marketing manager [2]. Furthermore, in refreshing drinks Division of Nestle Japan, I was selected as a division director [2]. In addition, besides, I carried out activity in Nestle Taiwan [3].

Furthermore, I was in charge of the duties of the Nestle source International (Nestle Sources International S.A.) which dealt with mineral water. Johnson acted as an Asian district senior manager with French Perrier Vittel water (Perrier Vittel S.A.) [2]. In addition, it is the company which the former Nestle source International changes a company name of Perrier Vittel water, and was born and changes a company name to Nestle water (NestléWaters S.A.) later. It is a company producing various mineral water including "Perrier" and "Vittel water" as I understand it from a former company name.

I took office as the president in Nestle Taiwan and was active afterwards as the pivot of the business development of the Nestle group in Taiwan [2].

The personnel affairs plan that Jose Lopez that held an additional post of a chairperson and the president in Nestle Japan in 2006 took office as a vice-president as an operating officer of Nestle was decided [1]. I received these personnel affairs, and Johnson would take the chairperson of Nestle Japan and the president as a successor of Lopez and took office on February 1, 2007 [1].

The personnel affairs plan that Johnson took office as execution, vice-president of Nestle in 2010 was arranged informally [4]. With it, I will retire from the president of Nestle Japan. Kozo Takaoka who is the vice-president of Nestle Japan is selected as a successor and wants to take office on November 1, 2010 [4]. In addition, Johnson took office as execution, vice-president of Nestle on January 1, 2011.

Person

Disguise award of the 欽
In 1982 staying in Japan as a foreign student Nippon Television "roar of laughter disguise contest of the 欽 appear in the sixth all-Japan disguise grand prix" (38th, Meiji Shrine). This was the thing which Johnson who played the part of Meiji Shrine only called "Meiji Shrine デゴザイマス, ドウゾヨロシク!" and wrapped up the people of the meeting place which did it including Kinnichi Hagimoto of the emcee in the whirlpool of the large roar of laughter. Although it became unacceptable with 14 points at first, I pass because Nobuyo Oyama added points by discount. Besides, I won a humor prize.
Kobe-shi
Because duty in Nestle Japan is long, attachment for Kobe-shi with the head office of the company is deep. In the case of Kobe ルミナリエハートフルデー, I perform activity to present a product of Nestle Japan to people with a disability every year. Johnson "remembers that I had neighboring all of you support it at the time of a damage of the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake of 1995 or that I distributed warm ネスカフェ and kit cut to people with a disability with a family every time in "Kanbe ルミナリエハートフルデー" from 2007" and talks about a memory in Kobe-shi with [2].
Language study
I am very proficient in language study and, as well as English and Japanese, can talk until French, Spanish, German [3]. Because the way of talking is polite, I am known and often use beautiful words when I talk in Japanese. A predicament has been saved by the speech.
Examination goods
The chocolate "kit cut" is one of the anchor product which Nestle group sells in all the countries of the world. This kit cut series included a variety of variations more than 100 kinds, but almost all were developed in Nestle Japan which Johnson ran [5]. In addition, I am popular as a lucky charm of the examination because it goes in Japan if "the kit cut" of the brand name "surely wins" in a game of rhyming. In addition, according to the said article, Johnson became popular among Japanese examinee and others as "God of the examination" later though Johnson became unacceptable in "disguise award" at first because the place that I did not give up till the last came to pass, and disguise at that time was associated with Meiji Shrine.

Honoring

Activity in Nestle Japan is appreciated, and I am appointed by "Kobe ambassador" of Kobe-shi. On October 19, 2010, a letter of commission was handed for Johnson by Tatsuro Yada of the mayor, and a commemorative shield was conferred [2].
