マンナール (Tamil :மன்னார், Singhalese :මන්නාරම, English: Mannar) is a city of the State of northern part マンナール prefecture of Sri Lanka. It is located in the マンナール Island in northwestern Sri Lanka (English version) and is the prefecture capital of the マンナール prefecture. I am transcribed into the manner [2].

マンナール is known at the tree of baobab and the fortress of the colony times. Portugal built this fortress in 1560, and the Netherlands rebuilt it in 1658. However, although a castle wall and the building are left now; big about the interior decoration; is injured. According to エリュトゥラー sea guide written in the first century, ancient マンナール was the land which was famous as a center of the pearl collecting [3]. Current マンナール is the modern town where a mosque and churches form a line inside [4].
