Akira Saito (Saito autumn and others, 1933 (1933) from September 30 to 2013 (2013) June 13 ^[1]) is a Japanese businessman. I successively held Mainichi Shimbun's president-director, a chairperson.

Origin

Shanghai birth. Metropolitan Hibiya high school、The Tokyo University law departmentGraduation.

In 1959, it is entered the company by Mainichi Shimbun. I work to Yokohama bureau, a social part, a political part. In June, 2004, I take office as a chairperson. In June, 2005, I retire from a chairperson and take office as a consultant [¹].

On June 13, 2013, I die because of renal cell carcinoma [¹]. 79 years old death.
