    • Middle Nomura is renamed to Higashinakano-mura.
    • By an abandoned castle of the Morioka Castle, the inside of a castle is renamed to Uchimaru and is admitted into the two Deva kings village. Each Morioka Shiroshita town is admitted into two Deva kings village, will Iemura, Sembokucho-mura, Higashinakano-mura, Shinjo-son, Kagano-mura, Yamagishi village, 30% village, upper Tamura as a character place.   • - Morioka prefecture (the third) is renamed to Iwate (February 16, 1872) on January 8, 1872.

History after the county start

  • - Iwate-gun (the first) divides it (1879) on January 4 in 1879, and South Iwate county starts with the area of the two Deva kings village ほが 49 village. A county government office is established by the two Deva kings village. (49 villages)
  • Each Morioka town town admitted into (1884) in - 1871 in 1884 by Morioka Shiroshita names the name of a village to belong to. The Morioka-cho becomes the generic name of each town.
  • A generic name of the Morioka-cho is abolished (1885) in January in 1885 by the setting of - two Deva kings outskirts of a village five village office.

Of ^ December 23, 1868 (February 4, 1869) "each various feudal clans control Ou prefecture, for the time being is an established prefecture according to rule" (the authority of pandect turn 1868 emperor's reign official proclamation 1129th), but is not admitted with the official prefecture without the Meiji government not having appointed 権知県事, and therefore a record remaining in the official document of the Meiji government at all.
