Sensai Emura

Sensai Emura (when I obtain it and cannot steam it Eiroku era eight years (1565) - Kanbun September 26, 4 (November 13, 1664)) is a doctor from early in the Edo era, a Confucianism person from the Azuchimomoyama era. The name called the sect tool, the character 専斎, 倚松庵.

Life

Eiroku era eight years (1565), birth. Harima Mitsuishi lord of a castle, 江村民部大輔孝与 is pressed to Nobunaga Oda in the Eiroku era year and runs away and lives in seclusion in Kyoto, and 専斎 hits the grandchild.

I learned medicine according to Soha Hata and mastered study of 濂洛 and served Higo Kumamoto feudal lord, Kiyomasa Kato as a Confucian doctor. I returned to Kyoto after death of Kiyomasa and was invited as Mimasaka Tsuyama feudal lord, Tadamasa Mori in the Kanei era year and was treated with etiquette of the Rev. guest.

I was strong without eyes and an ear declining even if 専斎 exceeded 90 years old. A regimen was asked by the Emperor Gomizuno and answered it, "there was no other affair in the secret of the good self-care, and 些 did the 飲食些 く consideration, and there is it if I only acquired one character of 些 by experience". I became (1664), 100 years old for Kanbun four years, and House (visiting the Imperial Palace of an ex-emperor, the pope) to come was permitted by an Imperial command and had a stick granted to a vassal of over eighty years old, gold, a fan paper. 専斎 wept with emotion in this and named the house 賜杖堂. In addition, 専斎 made a 31-syllable Japanese poem better and associated with Yusai Hosokawa, Katsutoshi Kinoshita.
