Popular song designation system to watch out
The popular song designation system (ようちゅういかようきょくしていせいど) to watch out is a system by the internal regulations that established the handling by the Japan Commercial Broadcast Federation (commercial broadcasting ream) which established three kinds of handlings including the broadcast prohibition. I consist of the examination standards of ten items.
It was established as one section in "handling internal regulations [1] such as the broadcast music" in the commercial broadcasting ream exactly in 1959. The music that received designation is called a popular song to watch out.
In addition, system in itself was abolished in 1983. Identification is difficult from the relations of measures (later description) in progress about the extinction time of the final popular song to watch out, but 1987 that is the dictum of the commercial broadcasting ream [1] and one doing are common (there is document [2] which assumes extinction 1988).
It is only one of the guidelines by the commercial broadcasting ream, and the legal binding force is any system not to have, but broadcast of the music that was appointed in the present when a system was abolished is often controlled voluntarily.

Process
I establish it (1959) in July in 1959. After the abolition of the system, as for the information exchange between broadcasting stations, a social gathering was opened at recognition with the need in a commercial broadcasting ream regularly [3], but afterwards this social gathering becomes extinct naturally, and such an information exchange is still less performed now (in at least commercial broadcasting ream). [2]
