Obama port (こばまこう) is a port in Hanabuchihama, Shichigahama-machi, Miyagi-gun, Miyagi Koyakata 30. I am called "Hanabuchi Kohama Port" "Obama yacht harbor". It is adjacent with Hanabuchi, Yoshida Port of the fishing port.

It is unrelated to the Obama fishing port of Obama-shi, Fukui.

Pier for the yacht of the Kohama Port

Obama port is anchorage of the eminent ocean racer in Miyagi, and the administration is consigned to association of corporate judicial person Miyagi open sea sailing (MORC). It is located at the entrance of Matsushima-Wan, and there are many yachts which there is it, and drop in at the environment called the selling point immediately from the foreign countries if I leave the port [¹].

There is Miyagi Malin VHF coast radio station (radio station) of MORC at the port.

The small speedboat that the yacht club of a university and the high school where it is the pleasure boat which an individual owns to use Kohama Port (sailing boat in particular) uses gathers in Matsushima yacht harbor close to the Malin peer Matsushima aquarium or 閖上港 (閖上 yacht harbor) of Natori-shi.

The port of Kohama is a fishing spot [²], but the motorboats of the fishing purpose gather in the Shiogama-shi area.
