Hokkaido way 889 号上猿払清浜線 (ほっかいどうどう 889 ごうかみさるふつきよはません) is the general prefectural road which links the Wakkanai-shi sect Kiyoshi Tanimura Beach to Kamisarufutsu, Sarufutsu-mura, Soya-gun, Hokkaido (Hokkaido way).

Summary

Only some sections of Wakkanai-shi running on Kamisarufutsu, Sarufutsu-mura and pebble neighborhood, the Soya hill are inaugurated now. Because non-opening to traffic section was decided to undergo business cancellation in a degree (2003) in 2003 [¹], the whole line might not be inaugurated. It is closed to traffic entirely in winter during the period.
