The crushed ice is ice crushed finely to the limit used for cocktail. When I enter the cocktail, I can confirm that I shine in a trick of the light a little, but hardly notice it even if I just swallow it. I am often used for a short drink and am used to keep coldness for a short time. I am rarely used for a long drink.
How to make
- I prepare a thicker dishcloth with cleanliness and give ice in that. I beat it with a blunt instrument with the roundness including the pattern of the ice pick and make it plain. I remove large ice and add it to the cocktail which I want to use early afterwards.
- I hang ice to the food processors.
- I make it with an exclusive machine (ice crusher).
