The hyper building where construction was proposed as for the Tokyo Babel tower (Tokyo Babel tower) in Tokyo. It is the design that Waseda University department of science and engineering architecture subject Toshio Oshima laboratory devised as one of the hyper buildings for a bubble period.

Demerit

• Because it is too huge, it is necessary to continue repairing it semipermanently and has trouble with the working-out of the budget.
• Many people and buildings of the construction planned site are forced to deportation and you must consider time and the expense before completely leaving it, and having Saraji and become vast. If a base side of the construction planned site is a square, it is necessary to secure very large land more than one side of 10.5km. If a base side is circular, land more than a radius of approximately 6km (12km in diameter) is necessary.
