The Tochigi prefectural road, Ibaraki prefectural road 261 Nogi Koga Line (261 ごうのぎこがせん where how is とちぎけんどう, thorn danger) is a public prefectural road to Koga-shi, Ibaraki from Nogi-machi, Shimotsuga-gun, Tochigi. The whole line was almost former National highway No. 4 (Nikko Highway).

Summary

I diverge from National highway No. 4 existing way "Nogi" intersection of Nogi-machi, Shimotsuga-gun, Tochigi and am a public prefectural road reaching the National highway No. 354 point of intersection (the original crossroads) of Saiwaicho, Koga-shi passing through Koga old city grounds. It is the road which all sections are former National highway No. 4, and was ever Nikko Highway.
