Tadamune Honda (ほんだただむね) is a Kawachi west charges feudal lord. I become のち Godo, Ise feudal clan first generation feudal lord. As the second highest official of the Tokugawa Shogunate government of the Edo Shogunate, I participated in shogunal administration in the reform period of Kyoho. The Kobe feudal clan Hondas two generations. Under the pretense of "猗蘭侯," I was known as a writer daimyo abreast of a painting and calligraphic work and Confucianism.

Life

West charges feudal lord era

I am born as the second son of 本多忠恒 which possessed 1 Mangoku (1691) in Oomi country, Kawachi country on June 18 for Genroku era four years. Because I became an heir because 仙千代 of the older brother died young, and father died in (1704) in the Hoei era first year, I inherited birthright.

I became a page of the fifth general, Tsunayoshi Tokugawa (1707) on March 23 for Hoei era four years and acted (1709) until February 21 for Tsunakichi post mortem Hoei era six years. I fix encampment for Kawachi country west charges (Nishidaicho, Kawachinagano-shi, Osaka) in (1711) in the Masanori first year. After I was appointed (1719) on September 3 for Kyoho four years by a chief clerk, I am appointed in form to hold an additional post of an agent and a commissioner of shrines and temples (1724) on December 23 for Kyoho nine years, and I am appointed (1725) on June 11 for Kyoho ten years by the second highest official of the Tokugawa Shogunate government and will participate in reform of Kyoho of the eighth general, Yoshimune Tokugawa. I was appointed (1730) on April 9 for Kyoho 15 years by a state of things hook.

Kobe feudal lord era

It becomes 移封 (1732) in the Godo, Ise feudal clan on April 1 for Kyoho 17 years. By the reform of Kyoho, I saved Yoshimune with Norimura Matsudaira and promoted reform. On the other hand, I try for poor people relief when Kobe feudal clan suffers large damage in great famine of Kyoho. I become a vassal working under Ieshige Tokugawa by (1745), an order of Yoshimune for Enkyo era two years, and the Kanbe Kizuki castle is recognized with 5000 stone Kamasu at the same time, too, and it is the daimyo of 15,000 stones.

When a case that it is killed Masaru Itakura said に happens, Higo Kumamoto feudal lord, Munetaka Hosokawa makes an effort for the solution and Hosokawa continuation in Edo-jo Castle in (1747) for Enkyo era four years. I resigned the second highest official of the Tokugawa Shogunate government by the reason of (1750), a disease for Kanen three years and I left birthright to 忠永 of Itsuo on November 19 and went into retirement. I die (1757) on February 29 for age of an emperor seven years. Age at death 67.

In those days, I named a tea name "a sect example" for celebrity as a master of tea ceremony.
