Around station

Suzukicho Station is located in front of the doorway of the Ajinomoto Kawasaki establishment. The name of Suzukicho comes from founder, Saburosuke Suzuki of Ajinomoto. After 2000, the construction of the commercial complex which used factory ruins occurred successively. As of April, 2011, around our station is moving the city maintenance business of the Tama River Riverside district now. In the whole area of the national highway north side from the east side to Kawasaki-Daishi Station, widening construction of National highway No. 409 is carried out a little from Minatocho Station. The maintenance of the new route part (Keikyu-Kawasaki Station - Kawasaki-Daishi Station) of planned Metropolitan expressway Kawasaki Line and Daishi Line via around our station is undecided. In addition, it was 2010, and a signboard called the Daishi Line planned site was attached to one ward of narrow image among residential areas of the south side from a national highway of Suzukicho Station south approximately 100m.
