Sukenori Kabayama (かばやますけのり, Tenpo era November 2, 8 (December 9, 1837) - 1922 (1922) February 8) is Japanese samurai (Satsuma clansman), officer, politician. The rank is an admiral. A medal is 従一位大勲位功二級伯爵.
I successively held Superintendent General (the third), a Minister of the Navy (fourth .5s), navy military command director (the sixth), The Governor-General of Formosa (the first generation), a Privy Councilor, the Secretary of State for the Home Department (the 15th), Minister of Education (the 14th).

Career
I am born as the third son of Satsuma clansman, Yosoji Hashiguchi and the container in Satsuma country Kagoshima Shiroshita 2, Kajiyacho Motomatsu riding ground (高見馬場方限) and it is named 覚之進 and is brought up. I become an adopted child of the clansman, the Kabayama Shiro Court Security Office later.
I am appointed an army major after service in a war for 薩英戦争, Boshin War in (1871) in 1871 and go on a business trip to Kiyoshi Minami from (1872) in 1872 and am embedded with the dispatch of troops in Taiwan. I defend Kumamoto-jo Castle to the death as Chief Staff head of the garrison with Major General Kumamoto stationary troops commander in chief, Kanjiyo Tani by the Southwestern Rebellion. I am promoted to Superintendent General and Major General, but I turn to the navy and become Under Secretary of the Navy afterwards in (1886) for navy Daisuke, 19 years in (1883) in 1883.
I serve a Minister of the Navy in the first Yamagata Cabinet and the first pines cabinet from to (1892) by the government for 25 years from (1890) in 1890. In the second Imperial Diet (the November 21, 1891 call), I perform the remark (so-called "barbaric courage speech") of the purpose to criticize the "cost reduction" "financial resources of a nation rest" that a rage, "Satsuma and Choshu government トカ what government トカ 言 ッテモ, today country ノ this tranquility ヲ 保 チ, 40 million ノ apparition of a living person ニ relations セズ, security ヲ 保 ッタト 云 フコトハ, who ノ success カデアル." and legitimacy and the people party of the Satsuma and Choshu domain factional government insist on when warship building plan of the government presentation is rejected saying "the budget is not recognized if the corruption of the department in navy is not purged". I take office as navy military command director just before Sino-Japanese War. I am promoted to an admiral in (1895) in 1895. On May 10, the same year, I take office as the first The Governor-General of Formosa, and an open agency does a governor-general's office in Taipei.
I successively held Minister of Education afterwards in the Secretary of State for the Home Department, the second Yamagata Cabinet in a Privy Councilor, the second pine person Cabinet. In addition, I take office as the revised treaty enforcement preparatory committee chairperson for preparations for revised treaty effect (1896) on November 12 in 1896 that was the Secretary of State for the Home Department of the second pine person Cabinet.
It was in the second reserve [1] and retired (1910) (1905) on November 20 for 43 years on November 20 in 1905 [2].
The cemetery is Somei cemetery of Komagome, Toshima-ku.
Anecdote
