Social imperialism

A meaning [¹], the social imperialism (しゃかいていこくしゅぎ British: Social-imperialism) is the term by the Leninist and "I advocate socialism, but am really usually imperialism."

Summary

When a leader of the Second International agreed to a budget for participation in a war of each own country by the reason of "mother country defense" at the time of the outbreak of war of World War I in 1914 to be considered to be imperialism-like war, this term used it because the Vladimir Lenin and others who objected to this criticized a "war socialism" person including Paul レンシュ of the affirmative Germany Social Democratic Party saying that the war economy was socialist economy particularly [²]; [³]. In addition, the similar words of the same period have "social nationalism" and "social xenophobia" (Social chauvinism).

In addition, when, in 1968, the Chinese Communist Party criticizes invasion to Czechoslovakia by the Soviet Union; using this term [⁴]. It was said, "the Soviet Union leaders were corrupted in social imperialism and social fascism", and "the imperialism that raised a flag of the socialism" defined the meaning with "the thing which wait-and-see policy grew up, and became the imperialism" [⁵]. Because this term was used in the later Sino-Soviet confrontation, I am considered to be the term of the Mao-Tse-tung's thought.
