It is a main country path linking Nemotocho, Koorigawa, Haibara from Shimada-shi, Shizuoka, and Shizuoka prefectural road 77 号川根寸又峡線 (77 ごうかわねすまたきょうせん which how about not to hang Shizuo) goes along the left bank [1] of Oi River mainly.

Route summary
I put Shizuoka prefectural road 223 号千頭停車場寸又峡線 and 385 Motokawa root Kawane Line together (1994) on April 1 in 1994 and was promoted to the main country path.
Oigawa Railway runs in a road and form to almost travel side by side from the starting point to Okuizumi, Kawanehon-cho (point of intersection with Shizuoka prefectural road 388 号接岨峡線). The point becomes the route of the point one goes over a mountain than it and reaches the terminal via Sumata riverside.
The sections from Tsuzura, Kawanecho, Shimada-shi (the Uyama Ohashi north side, National highway No. 473 point of intersection) to Jina, Kawanehon-cho are appointed in prefectural road 77, too.
In the starting point - lower spring interval, the opposite bank of Oi River is maintained than National highway No. 473 traveling side by side. In the sections from the overlap section with National highway No. 362 to the point of intersection of 接岨峡線, 2 traffic lanes are almost secured.
Because I leave a main root to National highway No. 362 from the lower spring to the Tashiro tunnel south side, there are many sections which are narrow-mindedness.
