Seijo Ishii (result excludes foreigners and is SEIJO ISHII CO., LTD.) Co., Ltd. is food-based supermarket chain presenting a store in the Chubu District, the Kinki district around the Kanto district.

General statement
It is a supermarket selling a lot of import food. I belonged to the category of the high-quality supermarket at first, but switched it to the management policies as the general supermarket after having become the affiliation of Rex holding [1]. Therefore I let the branch to the station building of the terminal station accelerate than an area with many conventional well off.
The name of Seijo Ishii comes from the following process. Originally it was a fruiterer in front of Odakyu Odawara Line Seijo-Gakuemmae Station, but switches a business condition to a supermarket. I started many stores development as high-quality supermarket chain after the substitute わりで presidents were changed to Yoshiaki Ishii. I handed over 66.7% of stocks to Reins International (existing Rex holding) in 2004 and entered the affiliation with Rex group, and it was in a 100% subsidiary of Rex in February, 2006.
From March, 2006, I developed a high-quality minimarket market business condition called "SEIJOISHII Select" open for 24 hours at 4 stores of Nishiazabu, Daikanyama, Nihonbashi, the Ikebukuro sunshine. But only the Ikebukuro sunshine shop is the business of from 07:30 to 22:00. I close Daikanyama store in July, 2008, and this business condition becomes 3 stores now.
It was reported with [2] that the Rex holding of the parent company was adjusting to fund company "Marunouchi capital" affiliated with Mitsubishi Corporation in the direction that sold Seijo Ishii on February 28, 2011. Rex [4] and both Marunouchi capitals [5] announced that agreed in the thing that business transferred to the company newly of the fund establishment for the last time on March 8 although the side was for [3] that "nothing was decided at present" at first Rex, and, on May 31, the same year, all business transfer procedure completion was announced [6]; [7].
