The Ryukyu appellate court (りゅうきゅうじょうそさいばんしょ, Court of Appeals of the Ryukyus) is a court of the final examination in the citizen of Ryukyu court. The trial adopts "a representative system" to perform in three or more.

Constitution

The Ryukyu appellate court is constructed by "the Ryukyu appellate court judge" of "Ryukyu appellate court Chief Judge" and four. Ryukyu Islands high commissioner appoints the judge. The judge holds the office until a high commissioner gives it an order.

The Ryukyu appellate court has the side called the government office of the judicial administration section unifying the lower courts like the Supreme Court and can establish a rule about a matter about the judicial administration.

An establishment and the judicial administration of the rule are performed through "the appeal Judicial Conference" where a Chief Judge acts as the chairperson.
