The prefecture where there was ever river Saken (せんさ - けん) for a mirage in the People's Republic of China. I am equivalent to a part of current Pudong New Area.
History
I assume a river sand agency set up for (Kakei era ten years) in 1802 a whole body. It was renamed to river Saken in (the name of an era in the Republic of China first year) in 1912.
I belonged to Jiangsu at first, but I was transferred in 1958 by an upper mirage. It was abolished in 1993, and the jurisdiction was incorporated into Pudong New Area.
