The prefecture where the ドホーク prefecture (ドホーク けん, Arabic :محافظةدهوك‎Muḥāfaẓat Dahūk, Kurdish: Parêzgeha Dihokê/پارێزگایدھۆک) is the northernmost tip of Iraq. The prefecture metropolis is ドホーク.

I have a border with Turkey to the north. In the adjacent prefecture, Arbil is to Ninawa, the east to the south.

History

After the Iraqi War, the ドホーク prefecture will belong to the Kurdish autonomous area of the Iraqi new government.
