Therefore it became the telephone exchange for areas that Nayoro telephone exchange, an intellect piece telephone exchange was hard to receive by analog broadcasting, but it was installed for the purpose of one and the broadcast in the Otoineppu district located midway of Nayoro telephone exchange, the intellect piece telephone exchange to improve this between Nayoro telephone exchange and the intellect piece telephone exchange by the long-distance spread or the mutual interference of the VHF channel because picture deterioration was serious.
