Noboru Hayasaka dragon
The Noboru Hayasaka dragon (1959 - to sail it up already) is a Japanese writer. I am from Iwate and am resident in Saitama. I used "Noboru Hayasaka", but changed the signature to "昇龍" of the kanji notation at the start from September, 2010.
