Nina tower (English: Nina Tower, Chinese: 如心廣場) is New Territories (New Territories) district of Hong Kong, a skyscraper located in the Gulf of 荃 (Tsuen Wan) and a compound facility. It is the most expensive building in the sixth, the New Territories district in Hong Kong as of December, 2009.

Summary
Nina tower is a twin tower built in the Gulf of 荃 of the New Territories district. It was built by 華懋集團 (Chinachem Group: チャイナチェムグループ) which was a general company of Hong Kong. In addition, the origin of the facilities name is associated with woman of a business, 王如心 (Nina Wang) of Hong Kong that was a chairperson of 華懋集團 once.
Nina tower 1 (如心廣場第一座: Nina Tower One) is 318.8m in height, and 80 stories above the ground, Nina tower 2 (如心廣場第二座: Nina Tower Two) are 42 stories above the ground at 163.7m in height. Sky deck is established on the 41st floor, and the air corridor that ties tower 1 and tower 2 to this floor is established.
In addition, neighboring 荃 灣地区 is bedroom towns of the centers of commerce including Hong Kong Island and nine dragons, and, as for the Nina tower having more projecting height in this district that the super high-rise apartment of around 40 stories bristles with, it is with the nearby landmark.
