- It is located in the northern part of current Sukagawa-shi, the northwestern part of former Sukagawa-shi.
History
Change of the village area
- Old Niida-mura, Tategaoka-mura, Namerikawa village merges by - municipality organization enforcement (1889) on April 1 in 1889, and Niida-mura, Iwase-gun starts.
- It is admitted into - Sukagawa-shi (1955) on March 10 in 1955 and abolishes it.
- Some - old village level (a part of Niida) are admitted into Koriyama-shi (1970) in 1970.
